People
Timothy Blomquist never seeks to take photographs of people, yet most everywhere he goes, he finds interesting subjects. He rarely does classic portraits but instead captures documentary snapshots of people he finds in their environment. In some instances, the environment appears dominant, and the people occupy a smaller space in the frame. This is Blomquist’s own artistic perspective.
